Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with clear information about our shipping methods, packaging, and timelines. We aim to ensure your wildcrafted herbal remedies arrive promptly and in excellent condition, so you can enjoy them as soon as possible.

We ship all orders through USPS Priority Mail, and all packages are tracked for your convenience. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to pack and ship your order—some products may even be created during this time. Often, items are in stock and ship immediately. Our products are carefully packaged to preserve their quality and freshness throughout the shipping process, using environmentally friendly materials whenever possible to minimize our impact on the natural world.

A Note About Perishable & Heat-Sensitive Items
Many of our offerings are perishable and/or sensitive to heat. During summer months, these items will only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure they arrive on a weekday. Please be aware that heat can compromise the integrity of medicinal salves, teas, tinctures, and beeswax products. We recommend attending to your herbcraft package as soon as it arrives to prevent damage.
